When our athletes with autism master some of the basic exercises in the PAC Profile program (squats, overhead press with Sandbell, med ball/Sandbell throws) we can begin to teach more challenging and fun activities including chains (different activities set up at stations or in obstacle-course fashion), or complexes.

Chains and complexes can be difficult concepts to describe or understand completely from text.  I previously posted a great example of an exercise chain taken directly from my Autism Fitness program. In the video below, my athlete Richard and I go through a movement complex with a Sandbell.
